Voran’s capability and experience in project management is proven.  For over 10 years Voran has had a Project Management Division, which has carried out numerous projects in various disciplines.  In fact we have a unique methodology, PROJECTion, which is compliant with the Australian Standards for Project Management and Industry Best Practice, which we utilise for managing projects both internally and externally.  PROJECTion was formulated from focussed research and many years of experience.  It is an effective and user-friendly management tool that can be easily adapted and implemented into your organisation.
