The Civil team has been in operation since the formation of Voran in 1989, providing a variety of civil engineering services to Government and private clients, traditionally centred around housing, land development and transport. 

Voran’s civil team offers a comprehensive range of services focused around urban development and infrastructure, encompassing civil and project management works in the areas of:
